Pastor Dale Anderson is the Manager of MSM, and has been in ministry for over 30 years. While working full time, he began serving in ministry as a youth pastor at First Assembly of God in Rockford, IL., as well as an associate Pastor at Riverside Assembly of God in Loves Park, IL. He later accepted a full-time assignment as Lead Pastor of Belvidere Assembly of God in Belvidere, IL. where he served for over 24 years. Pastor Dale has served on several boards and in leadership positions appointed by his peers.
Prior to being in full time ministry, he held a management position at Warner Lambert Pharmaceutical Company in Rockford, IL. for 27 years. His position included a supervisory role in managing employees, quality control, problem solving and brainstorming to solve department issues.
Pastor Anderson’s desire is to practice Colossians 3:23 in his life, serving the Lord heartily in whatever he does. He has most recently moved into the role of mentoring pastors and students in ministry as well as assisting the community by officiating funerals and weddings as needed.
Pastor Dale has been married to his wife Doris since 1967, has two daughters, 5 grandchildren, and enjoys hunting, fishing, reading, evangelistic outreach, and the outdoors.
